This is BIG NEWS. An immigrant who uses false identification can no longer be criminally prosecuted unless they knew the identification actually belonged to another person! This was the ruling on Monday when the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled in favor of Ignacio Flores-Figueroa and against the U.S. Government. |
