The Importance of Paper

If you are submitting any application to USCIS, then you will need to send copies of all your supporting documents.  USCIS will require copies of all your important personal papers.  Depending on the form, they may want a copy of your birth certificate, divorce decree(s), criminal case dispositions, and more!

Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Immigrant!

This is BIG NEWS.  An immigrant who uses false identification can no longer be criminally prosecuted unless they knew the identification actually belonged to another person!  This was the ruling on Monday when the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled in favor of Ignacio Flores-Figueroa and against the U.S. Government.
