FBI Name Check Backlog Plan? PDF Print E-mail

April 2, 2008.  USCIS and the FBI today announced a joint plan to eliminate the backlog of name checks pending with the FBI.  The goal is to complete all name checks within ninety (90) days or less by June 2009.  For the full news release click here .  Also, check back here for continuing updates.
